Data We Collect

We collect identity and contact data (name, email, company), enrollment preferences, payment references (processed by third-party providers—we do not store full card numbers), communications you send us, and technical data such as IP address and browser type from server logs.

Purpose of Processing

Data is used to deliver programs, respond to inquiries, improve our curriculum, send operational notices, and meet legal obligations. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations where applicable under Korean privacy law.

Retention

Enrollment records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a shorter period is required by law. Marketing consent records are kept until withdrawal. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.

Third-Party Sharing

We use hosting, email, and payment processors who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. International transfers use appropriate safeguards where processors are located outside Korea.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data where applicable. You may withdraw consent for marketing or analytics. Contact us to exercise rights; we respond within thirty days where required.

International Transfers

Some tools may process data in the United States or EU. We select vendors with standard contractual protections and document transfer mechanisms in our vendor assessments.

Security Measures

We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and staff training. No method of transmission is completely secure; report suspected incidents to our contact email promptly.

Children's Privacy

Services are directed at adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen without parental consent. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have collected such data.

Policy Changes

We update this notice when practices change. The last updated date appears at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or by email to enrolled users.
