Acceptance of Terms
By accessing unori.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Unori ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrollment requests.
Services Description
Unori provides digital skills training, including cohort-based courses, workshops, and team programs focused on technical writing. Program descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed where applicable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect cohort confidentiality rules, and not redistribute mentor materials without permission. You are responsible for maintaining credentials to learning platforms and for meeting published participation expectations.
Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, templates, and recordings remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of work you create; you grant us a limited license to review and display anonymized excerpts for quality improvement with your consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
Termination
We may suspend access for conduct that disrupts cohorts, violates these terms, or harms other participants. You may stop using our services at any time; refund eligibility is governed by our Money-Back Policy.
Modifications
We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email when feasible. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
