Eligibility Overview
Paid enrollments may be cancelled within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the cohort has not started and you have not accessed more than one module of downloadable materials.
Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when cancellation is requested in writing before the cohort start date and no live sessions have been attended. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where disclosed at checkout.
Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after cohort start but before week two, a partial refund of up to fifty percent may be granted at our discretion, minus any mentor hours already delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed weekend sprints, downloaded toolkit bundles marked non-refundable, and third-party tool licenses are not refundable once delivered.
Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your enrollment ID and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with approval or explanation within fourteen business days.
Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing may add additional days depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Unori
If we cancel a program, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel.
Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations for distance contracts, including statutory withdrawal periods where applicable to your transaction type.
